筱溪水电站

国内首次采用锚筋桩加固软基技术
    筱溪水电站位于湖南省新邵县境内资水干流中游,是一个以发电为主,兼顾航运的中型水电工程。2004年开工,2008年建成。水库总库容1.41亿m3。砼重力坝,坝高47m。河床式厂房,装机容量135MW(3×40MW+1×15MW),立式轴流转桨式水轮发电机组,最大水头22.2m,额定水头19m,最小水头10m。坝基遇宽达70余米的特大型区域断层,地质条件十分复杂,构造发育,岩性极不均一,岩石破碎、松软,呈土、石混合状,承载力和抗剪能力极低。按常规加固手段无法进行有效处理,最终成功采用“锚筋桩+坝块塑性铰接+重复固结灌浆”技术进行处理。尤其是锚筋桩加固软基技术属国内首创,在锚筋桩加固坝基稳定作用机理和理论计算方面有突破和创新。
 

Xiaoxi Hydropower Station
Xiaoxi Hydropower Station firstly adopts soft foundation technology of anchor pile reinforcing in China.
The Project locates in Xinshao County of Hunan Province, at the middle reach of the main stream of Zishui River. It is a medium-sized Hydropower Station that possesses comprehensive utilization benefits, mainly for power generation, incorporated with navigation. Construction of the Project started in 2004 and accomplished in 2008. The total reservoir capacity is 100 million m3 with installed capacity of 135MW (3×40MW+1×15MW). There is a gravity concrete dam with dam height of 47m. The plant adopts vertical axial flow feathering hydroelectric generating set with maximum head of 22.2m, rated head of 19m and minimum head of 10m.
As encountering oversize fault with width of over 70 meters, the geologic setting of the dam foundation is very complicated. The structure development and lithology are very uneven. The rocks are broken and soft as earth and rock with very low bearing capacity and shear resistant capacity. Therefore, the dam foundation can not be effectively disposed by normal reinforcing means, and it is performed with technology of “anchor pile + plastic hinge of dam block + repetitive consolidation grouting” finally. The soft foundation technology of anchor pile reinforcing technology is initiated by our institute in China, as it has breakthrough and innovation in the action mechanism and theoretical calculation of dam foundation reinforcing by anchor pile.
