我国建成的第一座大型灯泡贯流式机组电站


    马迹塘水电站位于湖南省桃江县境内资水干流下游,是一个具有发电、航运等综合效益的中型水电工程。1976年开工,1983年建成。水库总库容1.03亿m3。砼闸坝,坝高27m。低水头径流式电站,河床式厂房,装机容量55.5MW(3×18.5MW)。进口灯泡贯流式机组,转轮直径6.3m,最大水头8.5m,额定水头6.55m,最小水头3m。该水电站是我国首次引进的当时国内规模最大的灯泡贯流式机组电站。多项技术为国内首创:水轮机导叶控制装置首次采用液压连杆;发电机首次采用冷却水二次冷却密封循环通风冷却系统。该电站的建成,对开发利用我国平原河流的水能资源产生了巨大影响,成为低水头枢纽和灯泡贯流机电站建设样板工程。

It is the first station installed with large bulb tubular unit in China.
Majitang Hydropower Station is located at the lower reach Zishui River in Taojiang County of Hunan Province. It is a medium hydropower project possesses comprehensive utilization of generation and navigation. Construction of the Project started in 1976 and accomplished in 1983. Total reservoir capacity is 103 million m3. The project adopts concrete gate dam with dam height of 27m. The plant is a low head runoff plant with riverbed workshop and with installed capacity of 55.5MW (3×18.5MW). The imported bulb tubular turbine has the runner diameter of 6.3m, maximum head of 8.5m, rated head of 6.55m and minimum head of 3m. The plant firstly introduced the bulb tubular generating set with the largest scale then in China. Many technologies are created firstly in China.The guide vane of the turbine is firstly controlled by hydraulic pressure connecting rod. And the generator has firstly adopts airproof circulating ventilation system by after cooling of cooling water. The project has made significant effect for the hydropower resources for plain tract in China, and become a typical project of low-head complex and power station with bulb tubular unit.
